I was between a rock and a hard place when i sat on a piano stool and this song came thru...few months later i read a chapter in a book by Pema Chödrön called the Squeeze and she nailed the situation...in this place you gonna die or be reborn...i am still here...once i had the opportunity to do the video i sho as hell did not want to follow the cliched boring arse chasing arse version of a video of a song so prevalent today on MTV , VH1 etc. i went back to a time i 1st saw Marcel Du Champ as a child and communicated this vision to the film man Óskar and he ran with it and did a damn good job...i really dont put much attention to making videos but in my video section you can see a version of " Green Eyes " by Smokey Bay Blues Band that illustrates quite well the club scene on a good nite in Reykjavik..i suggested to Íngo the film man that we cut in a few things to make it it all seem like i am dreaming it all...now looking at it i think we could have skipped that idea entirely but the song is still good....ENJOY :)
