Myspace is a place where a lot of different kind of people can be found. It's always a pleasure for me to discover new species. Most of all when I thought it was extinct since a long time.
Last day I had the surprise to find in my mailbox a kind of ghost, at least a rather old man, which revealed the most pure specimen of old fashioned Don Juan I had ever met.
An interesting experience for me – still a predator for a lot of young women. A fucking compulsive pathetic dangerous liar, by the way.
As you guess I must admit, even if I didn't really care, as I danced a while with the cold long-winded snake, I was somehow stained with a bit of mud… I felt pain, of course. Consequently, I told it to another Myspace friend. :) This one, a different kind of man, as you can judge by yourself, sent me the little aphorism below to express some compassion in exchange. It inspired me the following reflection which I suppose could be useful to share with even more people… Here I let you read it. Thank you for your presence. Never hesitate, dear reader, to tell me about your own feelings.
"Without pain we would not know compassion, Without sorrow we would not know the depth's of love.
The capacity for compassion and love gives us soul, and without soul the spirit will whither and die"
Dear Friend,
How could I ever say this aphorism wasn't true? But now I confess my heart has been a little wounded, you can see Soul in its way, is also a weakness…
Whatever I'm feeling, one should answer you that human love is too often used by the heart as a way to expect from people and from God what they are not able to give or be. Love is beautiful because it causes a kind of blindness. But nothing more than this mere blindness provokes all the suffering.
One could say to you we have to learn to love world and people for what they are, and we have to forget to pray for miracles to come true.
Because I guess Bible miracles intended to give the faith to pagans whereas nowadays we don't need them anymore to believe and to pray. Nowadays, I think too much people are talking to God as if they were saints and their "unconditional love" for anything and anybody is just a way not to see themselves naked in the light of day, it's their way to avoid the Judgment.
When a woman, talking to a man, is slightly believing he's gonna haunt and catch the moon for her, she'd better ask herself first if she deserves it, and most of all she needs to remember almost no man ever does it fully, even for his best friends... When a man begins to "haunt the moon", be assured nothing else than sexual impulsion is calling him.
She needn't always feel sad or insulted by it. She needn't spit on this very high call, the stronger one. She can even use it to make a man transcend himself. History tells us about oriental prostitute priestesses who used this extraordinary power God gave them to teach men. Great bible ladies generally belong to that type of women : Salome, Judith... The most important example of it is all the story catholicism built around the character of Mary of Magdala. It's the stereotype of what I'm talking about - Da Vinci Code didn't invent anything ;), Popes and their staff thought about all of it millennia before...
No, a woman shouldn't despise why and how she's able to make men do extraordinary things for her. Sometime it's something like her "karma". She needs to learn to master it as not to act badly or foolishly.
But the main thing any woman has to do is not to IGNORE it. Not to ignore how's earth rotating. Because in this case she would become the victim of her own web. She would be caught as the moon itself by low-quality Don Juan's and rejected as quickly because the Don Juan himself would never deserve such a huge thing as the moon.
The solution to all these ever-lasting problems of seduction is simple : one should never pretend to be something bigger than one is. Because one is always ready to believe other's lies, as to see things more beautiful than they are, as to forget the weight of one's very soul and to forget to love reality.
...I managed here to express something important... Would you mind if I used this answer to make another text in my blog? I would like to quote your last aphorism, can I?... If you want - or not - your name to be cited, tell it to me. I will do exactly what you think is best.
As you see my myspace discussion generally inspire me my posts. It's my way of working, here. One could say I'm a kind of vampire... It's shameful, but it's truth. I'm a kind vampire. Like Socrates. ^^
Hope I haven't frightened you :/
With all my respect and my friendship,
See you soon,
Millie
