Just moved back to Mesa....I am severely thinking of challenging Russell Pearce for his Senate seat in the Arizona Legislature....I will need the Mormon vote to win....I know this because i live in Dist 18, but can I convince you guys to vote for me instead of that idiot Pearce. I mean, I am for families, I am for the disabled, I am for parents...I wonder if I can beat that one trick pony that is Pearce.

I just might test the waters. I am for securing the borders, but not at the expense of ignoring American and legal residents who need help especially in this economic climate. We cannot afford to layoff teachers, Correctional Staff, State workers, etal. Sen. Pearce has done nothing to forward the agenda of
parents, disabled Arizonans and children. It must end, now. The line in the sand must be drawn here, no farther or these irresponsible cuts in Education, social programs and corrections. I do not support privatization of prisons, I do not support excessive tax cuts for the wealthy and increased taxes for the working class. I am for taking Gov. Brewers call to fix the tax system, because it is broken. When a tax system favors one group over another, then it is not equitable, Arizona's tax code favors the rich with tax cuts and increased taxes for us the workers, just look at what happened last week, when the Feds gave us a tax cut, the Republican legislature raised taxes on the working class wages, but not on the wealthy. That is not fair, and I advocated for change to the tax code.

I am advocating for responsible laws for crime. I am for responsible laws in regard to sentencing. I am not for the warehousing inmates who committed non violent offenses in state prison, when we have over crowding. As a former contract Corrections Officer for the Feds, this does not work, it just makes a CO's job more dangerous. If I do run next year, I am calling upon all of you who oppose these cuts to the budget to join me in bringing fairness to the Arizona Tax code, fairness to the budget, and fairness in sentencing laws. Because what we have been doing for the last 44 plus years, has not worked. It is time to take Arizona in a new direction. One last thing before I go to bed for the night, if I do get elected, I will advocated for those who have been wrongly convicted or arrested like Courtney Bisbee.

I will advocated that those who push to violate a persons civil rights be stripped of their power and removed from their office and from the public trust. I will work to reform Child Protective Services, I will advocated to allow parents to raise their children the way that they see fit without the interference from the state or CPS. I will advocate that CPS caseworkers get the tools they need to help those children that are in abusive houses to get the help they need. I will seek reform on how a child can be taken from the home by CPS, currently a child can be removed by CPS without a judges consent. That is wrong, there is due process, just like a search warrant. I will advocated for parents who have been wrongly accuses of abusing or neglecting their children. I will also advocate that CPS caseworkers be certified like police officers, so that there is a record of who is a CPS caseworker and that they can be held liable for their mistakes that cause unnecessary death or injury to a truly abused child or for violating a Parents civil rights and due process. I will be a friend to CPS, but I will not support this agency when they make a bad call on either side of the fence.
