A few people have commented on the pirate jacket I'm wearing in one of the pix. Firstly, these pix were taken a long time ago, way before Libertines etc. These jackets were actually "borrowed" from the London production of Pirates Of Penzance, by longtime band friend Imran "trash baby (see
www.myspace.com/trashbabies)" Durrani. There's a show just opened at the National Maritime Museum called Sailor Chic which covers just about all the pirate clothes you'll ever need. Note. I copied it from Adam Ant, he copied it from ... (the list is endless, and cyclical).
