Hey Everyone
Fans across the country are showing their love for Katie Reider by asking organizers of the annual Taste of Cincinnati - one of America's largest street festivals - to name its folk/rock stage in her honor.
Katie and her Band performed annually at the festival from 1998 through 2007. The 2007 Taste of Cincinnati was also the last time Katie was able to perform on stage.

Hey everyone,
Just a short update as we get ready to go into 2009! So far we've introduced 74,103 people to Katie Reider and her story at 500Kin365.org over these last 7 months.
This has been wonderful, but there are many more to go and we're hoping to hear from all of you about what you'd like to see / hear / know next about Katie Reider. Nothing is off limits, so please email us your thoughts, so that we might be able to bring it to you in the next couple months!

Hi everyone
So sorry it has been a while since an update has been sent out - hope everyone is doing well! Thank you to everyone for their continued support and for those who are helping to keep katie's voice alive. I know it seems as though it's been a while, but we have been quite busy going through material of Katie over these last 10 years, that we will hopefully have a chance to bring everyone over this next year. If there's anything you'd like to share or if you have any feedback / suggestions for us please don't hesitate to be in touch!

I hope everyone is doing well. I just wanted to let everyone know that we're in process of updating our 500K site. We should have new content for everyone by the beginning of SEPTEMBER and will continue to update every month leading up to May 23, 2009...stay tuned!KATIE REIDER on TV tonight THURSDAY August 21st, 2008 at 7:30pm.
There's going to be a 30-minute special about Katie Reider on Cincinnati's local public television. CET pays Tribute to Reider. The show is 'In The Tank' on Cincinnati's Channel 48 Thursday, August 21st at 7:30pm and will repeat again Sunday, August 24, 2008 at 6:00 p.m.
Full half-hour devoted to highlights from Katie Reider's memorial service, held at Crossroads Community Church in July 2008. Includes interviews with Katie's Dad, Rob, and her partner Karen, her sister Abby, as well as music from the Katie Reider Band.
If you are not in the cincinnati area, CET will feature this on their website in the next few days and i will post a link once it is up online too. Please pass the word!
