Hello friends. We thought it was about time that you had an update on what was happening here in the JEBO camp. Firstly I would like to thank you all for sticking with us over the last year or two, we really appreciate your support. I know things have been a little quiet but we are now cracking on with the (long awaited) second album. All the basic tracking was finished last year but then we put things on hold while we set up a distribution deal in Germany, which allowed us to re-release Sinking Without You, with great new artwork, thanks again to Thomas Williams (who will be designing the new album as well).

With that all in place, we started to record the vocals and are very pleased with the results so far. When that's done we have a string section to record on one or two tracks, and also some brass on a track called "Something's gotta give" which has a long instrumental play out!

We have thirteen tracks to play with so far and they are sounding fantastic as Johnnie has once again used his huge experience in recording to get that big JEBO sound onto tape.

So I guess you are wondering when you will be able to hear something? Well the plan is to have one or two tracks mixed (again by Ben Findlay) and then put them up here and on our site so you can have a taste of what's to come.

I feel a little reluctant to give you a release date, but we would really like to see it finished by the summer.
