PDTU PROUDLY ADDS ERIKA JAYNE TO
GROWING ROSTER OF CELEBRITIES AND PERFORMERS THAT HAVE COME TOGETHER TO
SUPPORT THIS WONDERFUL CAUSE
Erika Jayne,
whose music career was inspired in part by influences from other
talented family members, including her mother and grandmother, made her
arrival on the club music scene in 2007 with the electro-hued track "Roller Coaster", which went to number one on the U.S. Billboard Hot Dance Club Play chart.
"For
us, it means a great deal to have someone of THIS caliber to perform at
our AIDS fundraiser," said Executive Director Ray Perez. Erika will be
performing all three of her number one singles off her new album Pretty Mess, including the new hit “Give You Everything,” on Sunday, November 8th 2009 at the 12th Annual AIDS Fundraiser “Miss Riis Park Universe,” which for the first time in its history will be hosted live from New York City at the Times Square Arts Center.
Pretty Mess was released worldwide on August 11, 2009. Several of her songs, including "Roller Coaster," "Stars,” and “Give You Everything” have climbed all the way to the top of the Billboard dance charts.
