She was a fashion leader.
She had tanned skin, light brown hair, thin eyebrows, wore mini skirts, high platform boots, baggy socks. The girls who copied her look were called
Amura. Or
kogyaru.

To be honest, if I grew up in Japan, I think I would have been a bit of a kogyaru back in my teens HAHA
Hmm...
Come to think of it, much of my current fashion is influenced by the kogaryu style(゜_゜)
