Hello peeps,
I hope this finds you well. This is probably the last mailout i'll send out for a while, so keep your eyes peeled, take note, paint:
NEW ALBUMS / LISTEN TO DEMOS
After an unlikely burst of creativity, i appear to have thirty five new songs written for my new album. That's about two hours of new material. I'm pretty thrilled i've managed to write some (in)decent stuff. I'm going to record two albums this winter and with any luck will have them for release early 2010. In the meantime, i've decided to record some demos of a few of them and put them out there.
They will be put up on Thursday 22nd October at 1pm, at the following address :
www.myspace.com/bladiator . I keep them up until the end of the tour.
I am also making a Franz Reichelt/Men Diamler split ep. Franz Reichelt is my drone-noise project. Will contain a noise version of Dry Bones by Bascom Lamar Lunsford, which i'm really excited about.
OCTOBER TOUR
The first half of the tour with ANIMAL MAGIC TRICKS was a blast. Thanks to all of you who came out (and stayed to watch us), put us on, put us up, drove us places and bought
CDs.
The second half of the tour hits off next friday, and i shall be accompanied by the wonderful CLAYTON BLIZZARD. Dates below:

OTHER NEWS
* "Sea Shanties For The Far Inland", is available to purchase from Ebay.
* Gigs for 2010 already being booked. Some planned for Belgium. Scheduled to play at HOMEGAME festival in Anstruther again. If anyone would like to put me on anytime - just email and we can try and work something out.
* I am working on a DJ disc series called "Mention The Bear". Ten Volumes planned. First volume contains some of my favourite 50s US R'nB music. Other volumes are dedicated to Old Time Animal Music, fictitous film soundtracks and Joe Meek productions. They will be given away free with Men Diamler / Franz Reichelt Purchases. If i don't sell many units - expect them as next year's christmas presents.
