Friends of Rock Solid are invited to join the Newcastle Music Collective group on Facebook.
The objective of the NMC is to encourage members of the Newcastle music
scene to build and maintain relationships within our eclectic
community. It's an open forum rather than a collection of little
cliques. It's a non-profit social gathering that may grow to include
events, meetings etc. The functions and responsibilities of the group
will be established as the numbers go up, so make sure you let your
like-minded friends know about this group!
A few tips and guidelines:
* If you have any questions or suggestions, don't keep them to yourself - post them in the discussion board.

The discussion board may be used for just about any related topics,
such as advertising your gigs, organizing a meet-up or simply sharing
thoughts about our scene.
* Keep it civil and constructive - don't trash other acts. That's not what this group is about.
* You are allowed to post links to your band site and share events.
* Mingle, dagnabbit!
