Features: The fenced off-lead open run area is 1 1/2
acres and has a separate area for puppies, shy or small
dogs and is a designated on-lead area including a
walk around the mitigation lake and primitive back
trailsthrough pine and palmetto habitats. Soon the
park will offer basic amenities such as watering holes,
cool off doggie shower, dog-waste disposal stations,
and park benches.

Freedom Lake Park Paw Park

Features: fenced area with trees and benches. Poop
bags and trash cans are available along with a water
fountain for people and dogs. There is a small dog
section and a large dog section separated by one wall
of fence. The park itself has nice walking trails that
surround two small lakes.
Lake Vista Dog Park

Features: 1.5 acres enclosed by a 4-foot chain link
fence and includes a faucet and water bowl area,
disposal poop bags, and a time out area for overly

Features: The dog park is positioned on the North
East corner of the grounds. This park is about 3/4 of an
acre and is surrounded by a four-foot chain link fence.
Offers a double gated entry with a concrete slab, dog
and human drinking fountains, dog doodie pickup bag
dispensers and waste containers and shade trees.
Davis Islands Dog Park and Beach
Davis Island, Tampa, FL
Location: 1002 Severn
Features: There are two fenced dog parks at the
south end of Davis Islands. One of the parks is entirely
fenced and is about one acre. The other park is a 1 1/2
acre beach front park with over 200 feet of waterfront
available for dogs. There is water, double gated
entry, and pickup bags available..On Severn Ave and
Martinique Ave. Airport will be on your left. Watch for
sharp rocks in water.

Sand Key Park and Paw Playground
Clearwater, FL

Features: Offers picnic shelters with grills, a
playground, water fountains and a restroom. Parking
for the Paw Park is about 1 mile through the parking lot
of this 95-acre Pinellas County park. There’s a parking
charge of $1.25 per hour.
Note: dogs are not permitted on the beach portion of
this park.

Pinellas County park.
Mobbly Bayou Wilderness Preserve

John Chestnut Sr. Paw Park Playground
Palm Harbor, FL
Location: 2200 East Lake Road
Features: This park offers 255 acres. Pets must be on a
6-foot leash in all areas except for the Paw Playground
which offers small and large dog areas, lots of shade, a
cool off area with water and poop bags. The park offers
nature trails, picnic shelters, boat ramp, fishing pier,
grills, various sporting facilities, water fountains, and
restrooms.
Anderson Park Paw Playground
Tarpon Springs, FL
Location: 39699 U.S. Highway 19 North
Features: Leash free dog park is fully fenced with
amenities like cooling stations complete with showers
and dog-level water fountains. People need to clean up
after their pets and all dogs must be on a leash when
outside of the Paw Playground area. Grills, various
sporting facilities, water fountains, and restrooms are
available.
