Hi there, I'm beginning recording my new album this week. I've decided to have live drums on about half the songs this time for a more raw, live feel. I think that lyrically the songs should be fairly entertaining! It's been quite an eventful couple of years, so I've told quite a few true stories in the songwriting. I'm being a little more experimental with the arrangements these days, branching out into soul and funk styles. I'm hoping to make the piano a little more prominent on this cd than on the last. Better go and practice my scales, bye for now x
