Giving me a blog is, to quote a booking agent I once worked with, "like giving a monkey a gun".  Are you really sure you want to take this dangerous weapon, lock & load it with .12 millimeter Times New Roman shells, and fling it willy-nilly into Chimp Eden with the safety off?  Watch out, Orangutan Island.

And don't start giving me crap right off the bat for putting my period outside yhe quotations.  The only reason that putting punctuation inside quotations ever mistakenly came to be considered "proper" American usage is that we are so functionally illiterate that we're doggedly determined to anguish away whatever confused utility the language ever had to offer in the first place.  So I'm dredging up at least one salty, soggy crate from the harbor and reclaiming punctuation outside quotations in the name of Queen Lizzybell!

The revolution will not be italicized!  ¡Viva la puntuación dentro de citas!
