Um--where are all the straight flat roads that we used to get to drive to gigs? I think they should get these roads straightened and flattened so that they are safer to drive. Maybe they should move the mountains out of the way or something.

Amy and I are kind of freaked out, being from Iowa. Aa and E are acting like the roads are no big deal, but I can tell they're secretly scared too. Just 'cuz they're experienced snowboard instructors and elk hunters doesn't mean that they're any tougher than us or anything.

Anyway. We're not playing any music this week because Mike and Amy are still having the shakes after yesterday's "short-cut" through Rocky Mountain National Park.
