Helms is in plain black shorts and has a ponytail. He is also looking less cut than before (no steroids?).
This is a photo of Helms' new tattoo. For all you investors: put some money into laser removal... I'm just sayin'.
But without mocking Helms, I must say that the new ink is a bit much. But if he sat through all of that, I have to give him props on having a high pain threshold.
