Current mood: accomplished
Zeta Vang's music is undeniably rock, and completely trustable to the listener. The production values, the hooks, the choruses, harmonies, the voice, the sound, the song: It's all here. It happened by design with a lot of forethought and willingness on everyone's part to make the best possible album they could imagine.
You may not recognize it initially, but you may love it. But even those who don't love it can't help but offer it the respect it's due as the one of the best DIY, first albums they've heard.
When we say DIY (do it yourself) we mean we chose the absolute best people we could find and afford to work with. It's professional and DIY. It's Major-Label quality without the Major Label Major Headaches.
We'll put this first album up against anyone else's for comparison. There's real brilliance from Daniel Wise and Daniel Malsch, Lawrence Dvoskin, Jerome Kapeller and Ian McGrady behind this record.
"There's not a dull moment on this record," says Wise.
