Kalan has been associated with the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation since 2007 after his mother won her battle with the disease and he has participated with "Team Kalan Porter" in the run for the past two years.
Unfortunately. according to a tweet from Kalan in June, he is unable to participate in the Run this year and there will be no official Team Kalan Porter" :(. I'm assuming he's gonna be deep in the trenches of his new album by then, so he'll be too busy to participate.
The foundation still needs your support though so if ya can, sign up to run in your area on October 4th 2009. Do so at cbcf.org
