1. when i was about four years old, i was at the zoo with my family and
i was eating some wheat thins when i decided to feed one to a macaw.
bright idea, right? it bit me and needless to say, i've hated birds
ever since.



2. if i were to play my entire iTunes library before it repeats a song,
it would take 29 days, 21 hours, 31 minutes and 34 seconds. if you

3. i own 33 handbags/totes/purses. it's a sickness, really.



4. i haggled my way into owning my very own, Mexican made Lucha Libre
mask that i will never put over my face for more than five minutes. i
spent exactly 3 US dollars in Tijuana for a very flashy black and gold
Lucha Libre mask that has fur and horns. One of the many highlights of
my Spring Break in San Diego.



5. i once drank 13 beers at Kouji's house and then proceeded to lie on
the road after letting myself out of the house. I vaguely remember
this, but the feeling of gravel against your head never leaves your
memory.



6. my favorite food to eat when hungover is corned beef hash, eggs and
rice. when i lived in casa de awesome with jon, tyler, dane and ikaika,
the smell of that on a sunday morning really put me at ease. and that
first semester in CdA had us cooking that shit almost every weekend.



7. i have a weakness for dr. grip shake shake pencils. i have like ten
of them that fell into disuse with the discovery that college agrees
with pen use more. i still love them because they're from japan (-:



8. i have not cried for a valid reason in over a year. i'm beginning to
think the tear ducts i have do not work anymore, mostly because 2008
was quite possibly one of the worst years for me and one thing i
should've done was cry... and i didn't. i've had good reasons to, but
tears don't produce. it's bizarre.



9. i don't like to get depressed. it's because the last time i got sad
and depressed i did a lot of damage, like total my first car. and
create the biggest dent in the new truck my parents bought. and almost
lose a friendship with my best friend. yeah, that time was the last
time i was depressed. i've learned.



10. i taught myself how to play the guitar. it did help that i do know
how to read notes, but never taken any lessons ever. i do wish i was
better though.



11. i write songs. but i don't play them for anyone. one day i will get
the courage to, but as of right now, it's just catharsis for me.



12. i know more of the japanese language than i do filipino. i think
that is due, in part, to the fact that i grew up in a predominantly
japanese neighborhood. it's not anyone's fault, it's just how it goes.



13. i could still remember the day and the feeling of when i injured my
knee. just remembering when that girl fell on me (i swear it felt
intentional) when i had clear rights of the ball. i remember it was
then that my life shifted 'cuz i pretty much knew that part of my life
was over.



14. i chose english as my major because i love it. it's not a cop-out major.



15. i would TOTALLY get incestuous if David Sutcliffe were my tv dad
(Okay I'm catching up on Gilmore Girls cuz I feel like I missed the
whole last season of the series)



16. the last time i took a typingtest.com test, i clocked in at 81 WPM
with 98% accuracy. that's pretty much as good as it'll get. i just took
the test and i am 76 WPM with 97% accuracy.



17. i never like to admit this, but flowers really can win me over in
the end. and the boys that were in my life know this too, because i've
melted when i see their cute faces holding daisies.



18. i used to be left-handed. my ninang didn't like that i was left-handed, so i learned to write with my right. weird, right?



19. i love food. i love cuisines of the world. i have to admit though,
it is hard to find a friend who will accompany me to eat cuban food. or
greek food. or indian food. or egyptian food.



20. i will always forgive. and that usually comes within a few seconds
to a few minutes of my initial anger. unless you REALLY pissed me off
in which that will take a matter of hours. i don't let things linger
and i don't hold grudges.



21. i miss KPOI.



22. the one thing that gets me through everyday is a valentine's day
card my brother got me after my high school boyfriend and i broke up
(which happened to be a few days before valentine's day) that says
"Just wanted you to know that someone loves you and cares for you,
always. happy valentine's day. love you." i have the best siblings ever.



23. my favorite music is the music waiting to be discovered.



24. you can tell when i'm tired because i'll start rubbing my face
incessantly and i'll start trying even harder to make you laugh.



25. getting wasted and arrested from indecent exposure and public intoxication is probably in my future. LMAO.
