The Cleveland Animal Protective League is accepting photos for its 2010 Pet Calendar Contest, which will give animal lovers the chance to make their furry friend a star. Entering a photo in the contest is also a great gift idea for your animal-loving family members, friends, and colleagues. Entry forms and photos can be submitted on-line at www.ClevelandAPL.org, or by sending a color 4x6, horizontal photograph to the Cleveland APL. For a $25 entry fee per picture, all photographs are guaranteed to be included on the pages of the Cleveland APL’s 2010 calendar. The entry free includes a full-color copy of the calendar which will be mailed out to participants in November 2009. All entries will be blind judged by the Cleveland APL, and the top 12 photos will be featured as the “Pets of the Month.” All proceeds benefit the programs and services of the Cleveland APL. Time is running out! All entries must be postmarked by July 17, 2009, in order to be included in the 2010 calendar. Send a photo now and you will not only make your pet a star, but you’ll also change the life of a homeless animal.
