If you are playing here, make flyers, let people know, don't just show up and say "hey, where is everybody". We put it in the CityBeat ad, but you have to let people know aswell. If you have a weak show and nobody comes, everybody loses. You have no audience, the bartenders make no money, the bar makes no money, etc. You may be the best band in the world, but if nobody is at your show, than nobody will ever know. A lot of bands want to play here so some shitty ass band with 100 drinkin buddies will get the night, and the best band in the world can play in their livingroom to their girlfriends.

It's written by Martin Atkins former drummer for Pigface, Nine Inch Nails, Killing Joke, Ministry, and PiL and it's called TOUR SMART (get it?). This man drops bombs like Dick Cheney on a counrty full of brown people.
