WORLD-FAMOUS CADILLAC BAR SETS BIG PARTY, LIVE MUSIC

     ......SAN.. ANTONIO.... – The Cadillac Bar – a storied venue of history and class - celebrates it’s 37th anniversary on Thursday, Aug. 27 with live concerts, celebrities, lots of food and fun.

     Like the Tower of the ....Americas...., the ..Alamo.. and other ..Central Texas.. attractions, the Cadillac Bar Restaurant is a must-stop on any tourist’s must-see lists.

     “....San Antonio.... is known throughout the world for cultural icons from the past.     Performing Thursday, Aug. 27 will be Jesse D & New Variety Band, guest artists and mariachi troupes. Special guests include Grammy-winning singer Ruben Ramos, San Antonio Mayor Julian Castro, and Hispanic Chamber of Commerce President/..CEO.. Ramiro Cavazos.

      There will also be free food and drinks at ..5 p.m... Admission is free.

    The Cadillac Bar is a legendary establishment, whose origins can be traced back to ....New Orleans.... in the early 1920s. According to the bar’s website, “Prohibition caused the original owner to pack up everything and move to ....Nuevo Laredo.., ..Mexico.... in 1926. It was a good move. Today, millions of people from all over the world have been to the Cadillac Bar Restaurant.”
