Heal The Gyre is dedicated to providing solutions to the ongoing
environmental catastrophe in the North Pacific. In an effort to
raise awareness, The San Diego Puppet Insurgency and AWAKE Community
joined forces to organize an interactive parade performance and
meditation for the 2009 San Diego Earthday event, the largest in the
world. The Puppet Insurgency and AWAKE are calling for like minded
individuals and organizations to join in the effort, locally and
