Orange juice, cranberry juice, Pineapple Juice and the trick: float Myer's rum on top.

An oldie but a goodie for the chocolate lovers out there:

California Mud:

Chocolate syrup and kahlua over ice. I prefer to do a half and half of the chocolate and the kahlua.
