Photography, like music, has become a digital bitch...

No problem with that, of course; but what about copy/paste?

Is photography good only to providing the visual base material for Photoshopography? Or, even worse, to Copygraphy?

Copycats and Photoshoplifters of the world unite!

Copy/paste in music, fashion, arts, styling, clothes, food, everything... Does this indicate an ongoing copy/paste in thoughts and feelings, too?
Or is it some kind of imperialistic globalization capitalizing its self-consumption through the Arts of mass distraction?

Please, be Authentic!!!
Be yourself people, just be yourself!...

Most of the pictures shown here are made by old school techniques, namely, by developing the film and printing the photographs in the darkroom. Some of them were scanned from negatives in low resolution.
I'm not really fond of digital, I prefer to work with film. I do no editing or Art Photography, I'm rather into documentary, street and backstage photography. I like to shoot REAL people in REAL life.

I'm not here for doing business, I just enjoy posting the photos that I like. This is my way to communicate, share and have fun.

And, yes, all these pictures were taken by me. So, if someone feels like shoplifting any of them, at least let me know.

For more, you can click to my pics.

Thanks!

In professional photography eceryone uses photoshop. I understand that everyone wants to make their photo..s stand out a little more, but I really wish we could go back to manuals and film.

My best photo..s (sadly lost now) were taken on a manual pentax and I developed them myself.
I was so much prouder of them, and obviously, with no editing, you can really tell what a great photograph is x

I MISS THE DARK ROOM. FROM BLACK AND WHITE TO COLOUR PROCESSING.

THERE IS A LOT I MISS FROM BEING IN A DARKROOM.

BUT NOW THAT I'VE EMBRACED DIGITAL MANIPULATION, I STILL MISS THE OLD FASHIONED CAMERAS FROM THE 1920s and 1940s.

I HATE PEOPLE TAKING MY IMAGES.

I STILL FIND THEM UTTERLY PERSONAL.

Hmmm u r more than right...But sometimes my dear friend, some ppl find their truth their genuine expressions by the acts of the other ppl. They can't be all privilegged enough to express their creativity even if that is emotions, thoughts or pieces of art... At least they have to admit that there are other ppl who r blessed to be the first at anything :)
I love art.... i really do... i love beauty in every form, but i can't be in those who can create it sometimes... I just admire all those... i just stare them cause that's all i have :P
Yeap...i could't steal anything that belongs to someone else, but i can sure admire it, have it and worship it, but never claim it...
Your photos are really great...they capture more than a simple layout.... they capture beauty beneath the moments :)
Keep up...and congrats for your work

When i read this on your main page, if you had been in arms reach i would wrap my arms round you,+the words, +embrace+acknowledge, i agree with you completely!
Is refreshing to bump into someone who shares the same feeling, with passion.

Photography from the soul!!
