Who Gives Kudos:

If you are worried about a "problem" that needs to be dealt with immediately, and you have the ability to deal with it... don't worry about it, deal with it.   If you do not have the ability to deal with it, then why worry?  How will stress solve the problem?   Chances are, when all is said and done, there will have been little to no reason to worry in the first place.

If you are worried about something that might happen because it will make you unhappy, what are you doing?   You are causing yourself to be unhappy because you are afraid of being unhappy.  You are bringing into reality the very thing you fear.  Does this make sense to you?  It doesn't make sense to me.

If you are worried about the way somebody may have percieved something you said, or if you are afraid you said something wrong, what are you doing?   What's done is done.  If there is the need to apologize, then apologize.   Can you really change the past by causing yourself anxiety?  Misery is not a time machine.  In fact, the more you worry, the more flustered you will become and the more frequently you will say "the wrong thing".  Is that not true?   And what if you meant what you said?   Were you afraid that the person wouldn't accept you for who you are?   Who is this person?  How are they more important to you than your own individuality?  If they don't accept you for you are, leave that person to be around the people he/she accepts.  You have no need for someone like that anyway.  They will only obscure your own path.
