I've been messing with Ableton Live Lite and it makes it so really easy to make Stockhausen/Autechre soundscapes that I feel dirty. I don't know what to do. It doesn't feel like making music, it feels like playing with a really powerful laser. All it does is destroy. Maybe that's what Stockhausen meant when he said that the 9/11 attack was the greatest work of art in the history of humankind.

yeah it was a huge controversy but i knew what he meant. or at least i tried to know. it could be interpreted as art in so many ways. i.e., the photographs on display.
