ahoy! this time something not related to music and stuff. i'd like to share with you with some of my favourite video games. well, i gotta say that i'm a sick fan of older ones, like these pretty pixeled ones from early 90s. the good examples are good old Zak McKracken and the Alien Mindbenders or Maniac Mansion, which were the first SCUMM-VM-based games (a kind of emulation engine). Another one, Feeble Files is also based on that engine, and this is a special one, some of you might know why. except great gameplay, plot and weird humour there was something else: a mysterious character named OMNIBRAIN! yay! it seems like we share the same nick but i can assure we don't have much in common: he was a massive brain living in the huge aquarium, lol. Next epic title: SYBERIA (yes, i love adventures genre). i absolutely love all works of Benoit Sokal, which is my favourite designer. i first played his game years ago, it was Amerzone: The Explorer's Legacy. his graphic style, amazing plots and unique vibes are just unforgettable. ok, another genre: Warzone 2100! one of the best strategy games i've ever played. after years of developing, Eidos Interactive (which owns rights to it) opened the source code. the fan project Warzone 2100 Ressurection is improving the essential game and releasing more and more advanced and amazing versions. i first played it back in 1998 or 99, it was a love from a first sight. thanks to guys from Ressurection i can play it with a huge satisfaction these days. I also gotta mention the funky Worms World Party! yeah, these were a good times.
damn! it looks like i have just written my longest blog post, woop!
maybe you will like some of these titles!

see ya,

I'm grown up with Nintendo's Family Computer on my right hand, and Sony's Playstation on my left,
but most video games I played are made in Japan, and it's pity I haven't played what you wrote ..
Someday I want play some :))
