We've just put up some recordings made last month of some of the new songs we've been working on this last while.  They were made at a live concert at the Acoustic Music Centre, part of the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.  The band is Sandy Stanage (guitar), James Lindsay (double bass) and Donald Hay (drums).  Hope you like them. Included is a version of 'Auld Lang Syne', which is different to the recorded version, but we hope you like that too.  A few people have been in touch asking to hear the full version again.  We took off 'Smile or cry' from our last album, but then decided to put it back on again!

Meanwhile Mairi is working on studio versions of these and other new songs for a new album which we're planning to have out in January next year.  It's been produced by Marc Pilley of Hobotalk and is starting to take shape nicely.
