Everyone!

With only days left until the release of "Either Way I think You Know", we're all pretty excited. Last Wednesday we finally managed to gather everybody involved in the record making process for a little listening-and-Champagne-drinking get-together in Ole Petter's studio in Oslo to celebrate the finished product. It was a great evening, and despite all the Champagne, we actually managed to listen to the whole thing quite solemnly. During the second and third time around everything of course got a little out of hand, but (as far as I know) we all parted as friends and nobody got hurt ;)

We’ve all become quite tired of all the waiting by now, and it is going to be a great relief to finally get the show on the road. In case anyone is wondering, here's what to look for at Platekompaniet, iTunes or elsewhere come Monday.

The tour starts i Alta on Wendnesday, October 14th. See you there or elsewhere!

All the best,
Halvor

I look forward to drinking champagne ... listening to the album ... solemnly

I probably shouldn't say this, since it implies Platekompaniet doing something not entirely right, but:
I preordered the album and got it yesterday instead of tomorrow, and I have to say: It is totally amazing! I had a particularly warm recollection of one of the new songs you played at Rockefeller last christmas, and I was a bit excited to hear it on the album in case I had romanticized it in my head during the _year_ I've been humming on it. But Like Someone Changed the Rules for Us was there, the tune was just as great as remembered, and the lyrics even better than I recalled! "And when you're back on solid ground, you miss the fear of falling down"! Beautiful.
So please don't be mad at Platekompaniet for sending out stuff too early - I have to say I love them for it!
