hello everybody,

we've just finished recording our second record at living room studios here in the humid ATL. warmly captured on 2 inch tape with generous layers of tape delays and echoes, and run through an authentic plate reverb, with a little goofer dust sprinkled on top. it will not be available until early 2008, but we're releasing a two song 7 inch and throwing those two songs on the page to give you a preview. these are songs that are going to be on the record (not necessarily in order of appearance):

it features guest vocals by the fabulous coathangers and sir mike wright, and some smoking piano by rich morris. the seven inch will be available through us in september/october on our tour with the black lips, and in stores exclusively at criminal records in early september.
