Final date on tour. We are all kind of bummed that this is the last day of tour. But it is also exciting to be in Portland. We have a bill at Berbati's Pan, which is a really nice venue, really on the big side, and we heard it used to be the place. They lost their top booker Chantelle to NYC so people don't just come in as much anymore.

We are playing with We're From Japan, and Pacific UV. It is really professional here as all bands get a full soundcheck. We get in a few games at the Ground Kontrol arcade which has all the classics, and then have to load in. The space kind of concerns me since it would take 300 people to make the place feel a little bit full, and there are only about 50 or so. It is cool though, because it is nice to play a nice stage and warm crowd last day on tour. We play through a pretty good final show and sell some merch as well. Pacific UV played an awesome set of mellow shoegaze rock, and We're from Japan killed it with a mind blowing set. Since last tour I forgot how good these guys were. We loaded up pretty tired, and headed over to where Aaron lived to crash. It was a basement with no windows (or soundproofed). Sal and Salo hit up the Acropolis strip club for about 5 minutes before they kicked everyone out. It had been really late.

We headed out to Hawthorne for some breakfast and head back to the boring city of Seattle. It was a long journey, and none of us really want to go back to our day jobs. Soon enough though we will head back out on the road. We are eager to finish our EP and also write new material, and are planning a trip to SXSW in the spring.... Stay tuned
