As I began my latest project, The Psychedelic Bardic Dream of an Onyon a young lady named Haley became my manager and began helping me to solidify my rock image. Since I had had a diversion from rock into Celtic harp music my image was scattered and confusing. So I cut my Renaissance fair persona and my wedding harpist music from my myspace and concentrated upon my original cause which was to make peace oriented rock music. The other stuff is now elsewhere on line where potential wedding clients will not be confused by the rock music.
Haley asked for me to form a live band and create some buzz with live performances and also to replace my programmed robot musicians with organic human ones who could play in concert with me. After all I can’t play 4 guitars, a harp, keyboards, percussion and sing three parts all at once live in concert. So I contacted the bass player from Glass Onyon my first band from the 1980’s. He came over and cut the live bass for one of my songs and replaced my robot. I liked it.
This led to contacting the last drummer Rocky Nesset and the best guitarist I have ever worked with Terry Litzman. They are both interested in joining the project to see what happens. Now we are faced with keeping the new name Circle of Peace or just doing a Glass Onyon Reunion. ‘Tis a puzzlement.
