Number one~ we like music or some sort of sound while you are gone away, dear owner. It makes us feel like someone is still in the house with us.
Number two~ there is no such thing as too many treats!
Number three~ while us kitties are very independent 'tis true we still like to have more than one "pet sit" every three days. We get lonely too, after all we are your fur babies and no baby should be left alone that long. Leave the music on and have our sitter come once a day if not twice! We don't ask for much~ one visit can just be to give us, yes, treats, cats like them too~ and the other visit for feeding and cat litter changes and such.
Number four~ while we are on the subject of cat litter~ who told you that we liked "clump litter"?! Would YOU like it if your unmentionables sat around in a clump for three whole days? Sometimes we can barely get into the litter box for sake of the clumps. Enough already!
Number five~ WE ARE DOGS THEREFORE WE LIKE TO WALK AND RUN!! What are you thinking, denying us our walk and then complaining that we have too much energy and that we tear the house apart? What else do you expect us to do?! Take us for a spirited walk every day if not twice a day and you would be amazed at how much better we behave inside the house and out.
