What do SXSWers and Tucsonans need to know about your band? Manifesto? New album? Favorite arcade game?

Well "SXSWers" (kinda looks like suckers if you squint) and Austin natives in particular, we're comin' to your town, gonna drink your beer, smoke your drugs and f—k yer women. Call ahead and bring money! Did we mention we run on vegetable oil?

Is this your first visit to SXSW? What's your goal? What do you expect?

This will be the first visit and appearance as Mr. Free and the Satellite Freakout at SXSW. We would very much like for this experience to further our fanbase connections, etc. But really, just expect to get dicked around a whole bunch.

What will you be doing in Austin when you aren't playing?

Ideally drinking Austin's beer, smoking their drugs, and f—king their women, but it's gonna be hard to fit that in, 'cuz of all the dickin' around with we got comin' our way.

There seems to be a theme here.

Where are you playing (outside of TucsonScene shows)?

We are playing at every official SXSW show (note: the SXSW committee has recently made it quite clear that they had just been dickin' around with us, we have no shows)

Actually, the Satellite Freakout are playing at 12 p.m. on March 12 at the A Fine Tooth Day Party and 8 p.m. on March 12 at the TucsonScene Showcase (Beso Cantina).
