Music performer looking to add to fan base

Singer-songwriter Brandon Rhyder and his band rely on grassroots support to add to their fan base, and that is exactly what Rhyder hopes to do when his band performs at the Red Moon Café on Saturday.

“We have a really phenomenal fan base that continues to grow,” Rhyder said.

The band isn’t signed to a major label, so they must promote themselves, Rhyder said. Rhyder and his band work to get new fans at every show, much like artists did before major record labels came into existence.
