It's been a rough couple of months for us.  We haven't been able to get out of NY to play shows or see our friends all over the country, so we have been kinda bummed out.  We HAVE; howerver, been putting together new songs and looking for a place to record this new record that we are working on... buuuut, we just recieved news  last week that our long time friend and manager Brian is no longer working in the music industry.  This means Drive By no longer has a manager or record label, so we need your help... We need our fans to be the ones who keep us going and keep us alive.  As long as you all care about us and want to see us make music we will do so... I love what we do, i love making the music we make, and i love all the great people we have met along the way, and i certainly dont want this to end now... We are currently looking for new management and a label to call our new home, we just want to know you still care and that there are still people out there who believe in our music.... this week I am going to do my best to get some unreleased and old demo versions of songs up on our page just to get some "new" Drive By music out there..... Ok so here's what you can do...

1.) Check back with us a couple times this week and give some feedback when you hear something new that you like...

2.) I don't know if people still listen to the radio, but i certainly do (my CD player in my car is broken and i dont own an iPOD) so i am going to do my best to get the radio stations of NY (pretty much just 101.9) aware of Drive By, and i would love it if you guys could try to do the same in your area... Tell them to play whatever song is your favorite off the new record... or at least just make them aware that we exist and people want to hear it. 

3.)  Represent... I want to see a unique way to rep. DB (nothing illegal)  maybe you can cut "Drive By" into your lawn or you hair... or maybe you have a sticker somewhere really interesting... i dont know, i am sure you all can come up with something!  whatever you do, photography it and post it on our page... If its really cool and unique there is a good possibility that there could be some sort of prize involved...hmmmmmm.  :)

4.) come find us on FACEBOOK... I know some of you saw my post a few weeks ago about my personal facebook page (facebook.com/christopher.perino) and how we all need to be friends... well now we have a band page and a band fan page... so you have multiple options as to how you want to keep in touch with us... BTW Should we start a TWITTER page?  would any
one follow us??   

5.) pass it on... Introduce DB to one new person this week, it will make u feel better... trust me!

thats all i got right now.  If anyone thinks of anything else that would be an awesome way of getting our music out there, or if anyone has a good drive by story they would like to share please send it our way... there is a Documentry in the works and we want to know how DB has impacted you, or perhaps we had a funny encounter at a show... either way write to us/send us a video or do whatever you can to relay your story to us!
