So, tonight I got to see the video that was made about my sisters final days. I must say, the director turned out to be a pretty good amateur story-teller. He obviously had to change a few of the events to work within a small budget, but he did an amazing job conveying a tale designed to expose teenagers to the more dire consequences of drunk driving; more specifically that this could happen to anyone because it's often not good enough to always just be about having fun even when intentions are good, I can totally see this film being published for highschoolers to see in class or drivers training (which I think was the target audience). I can only imagine how effective this story could be told with richer hands and great acting motivated to tell the tale.
I presently trying to find out if the video can published on YouTube. I'll post a link if that turns out to be possible.
