Been trying to structure my life at the moment. Its a chice of Try Malaysia for at least 2 years or just take the easy way out and join the R.A.F. as an officer.

Went Back to Thai Boxing yesterday. Got an ass kicking. The other Guys have progressed so much. My Little Brother is the British Interforces Freestyle Katare Champion 2006 after 7 gruelling fights. Pete won his last fight by KO in Lumpini, Thailand. Matt won his last MMA fight and I Just started to drag my Lazy Arse back training.
