Some of you may know I wrote a musical (music-play? Play with music?) called LOVE JERRY, and it's opening in New York this Thursday at the New York Musical Theatre Festival (NYMF).

A: Um... No. It's a drama. It's called LOVE JERRY. No comma in the title, by the way.

Q: But it's a comic drama, right?

A: More like a drama drama.

Q: What's it about?

A: It's about the long term effects of child sexual abuse on a family, and the power of forgiveness.

Q: And you couldn't make that funny?

A: Not really.

Q: Huh. But it's good, right? I mean, it's not lame?

A: No. It's good.

Q: That's cool, then. And there's no comma in the title, you say?

A: Nope. No comma. Zilch. Zippo. Nada.
