Hi all,

Just an update to say thank you to everyone who came to see us play in Norwich and at the Windmill in Brixton! We had a fab time and thanks to Adrian for taking some cool pictures of us at Norwich, which I believe can be accessed on Flickr...here....

We also played with School of Language at the Distraction weekender, which we really enjoyed (well, before I was struck down by the sickness bug of doom..but that's another story!).

Finally, while we're preparing ourselves to record our second album, we have a very special gig coming up on Saturday 30 Aug, which we're hosting at the Ouseburn Boat House (which is also known as the Ouseburn Regeneration Centre- 5 mins from the Tyne).

Christian Aloy Korn, from the Barcelona beat trio known as Songstore, is coming over, all the way from sunny Spain, to play for us! Ghost Fleet are also playing, who used to be the Ivories and are travelling all the way from Leeds (not quite as far, but still..). So, with our friends the Bubble Project and Shin Jin Rui playing too, we're hoping for quite a lovely event. It's bring your own booze, so, it'll be nice and cheap - what a combination! Let's hope for some sunny weather to round off the day!

Rumour has it that i've also committed myself to setting up a nautical tombola stall
(what, with it being the Boat House and all)....so we'll see.....
