Hell o Gringomaniacs,
We are back from our USA/Mexico tour. Finally
all health, alive, richer for many experiences, poorer for some things. It was
hard. Especially Mexican part was hard for us. Heat, diarrhoea, very dry air
and minimum of sleep did a lot. First part of photos you can check on our
myspace profile in photo section. We want to say words of thanks to all people who helped
us on tour with gigs, arrange things, accomodation, sightseeing tours etc. So
thanks to: Roman, Michal, Justin, Ryan, Paw, Chris, Rich, Heather, Javier,
Aaron and Vaka
Really brief report from tour:
USA
Generally as for equipment gigs were well
prepaired, people were rather lukewarm. They made moshpit too, but you can not
compare it with Europe. We played cover from Brutal Truth together with Danny
from BT in New York. That was honour for us. Most visitors were at Maryland
Deathfest what together with Rochester was the best gig in US for us. Less
people were in Boston. The best trip Niagara Falls. Generally food was quite
poor. Still burgers and pizza. Nothing for fussy czech tongues. Absolutely the
most delicious was 700g beef steak at Delmonico..s Steakhouse.
Mexico
Equipment for gigs was terrible. Combos,
cymbal stands without tops and car pet under drums was a miracle. To the
contrary people were total insane maniacs! It..s obvious that they like gore and
they demonstrate it. Moshpit at gigs, everybody wants photo or autograph. Total
contrast to USA. The best concerts Mexico D.F. and San Juan Del Rio Querretaro.
Less people in Monterrey, most people at Guadalajara festival. Unfortunatelly
we played there only half of our set due to broken bassdrum microphone and till
soundengineers repared it, too many time had
lost…shit situation. We had to cancel concert in Puebla because of our healt.
We..d like to apologize for that, but this was only one solution. The best trip Zona Arqueológica de Teotihuacán.
Food was much more better than in USA but Czech cusine is still the best for
us.
