GD Jiu-Jitsu Events and the Arizona State Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation (AZSBJJF) are proud to introduce Overall School Rankings. The rankings have been separated into two divisions: Kids teams and BJJ teams. To see where your school is ranked, visit www.AZSBJJF.com. Included in the rankings are the breakdown of points per school, IE: # of Gold medals won, # of points scored, etc. The rankings are based on points accumulated during all GD Jiu-Jitsu Events/AZSBJJF tournaments in the year. The point system is the same used for the IBJJF: Gold medals score 9 points, Silver scores 3, and Bronze scores 1. The Final 2009 School Rankings are based on the 4th Arizona Open, the 1st Arizona Kids Cup, the 2009 Arizona Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu State Championship, and the 1st Southwest BJJ Classic.
