I found the WAV audio for this tune. Since the video was missing the intro & outro, I added a photo slideshow to the front & back & replaced the audio track with the WAV file & saved as MPEG-2. YouTube downsized the video to MPEG-1, so you may not notice a difference in audio/video quality, but at least the intro&outro are back.
