Holly and I have just arrived home to el Sydney after a couple of weeks on tour with Martha Wainwright. It was a blast!

Starting at the Enmore Theatre in Sydney, we visited the Australian state capitals, as well as some quaint country hamlets, playing to sold out audiences at nearly every show.

We're big fans of all the whole Wainwright clan, so it was a thrill to be invited on the tour. Martha's commitment to her performances was astounding. Night after night of impassioned delivery, no matter the heat or the headache. Heartbreaking.

Special thanks to Matt, Oren, Brad and Martha for hosting us so graciously. We adored our drunken duet finales more than we gave away! Thanks also, to the peeps who came and said hi at the shows. The encouragement was overwhelming. And thankyou, in fact, to the whole town of Meeniyan, Victoria, where we played our favourite show in their cute-as-hell, byo-casserole-and-cask town hall!

We strummed, banged, drummed, sweated, sang, and ate candy in every city and town. We cursed Virgin Bloody Mother Fucking Airlines. We're very thankful... x ferg
