WHAT'S UP EVERYBODY!!
Wow it sure has been a while! It's been another busy time for me...I moved to a new place on the other side of Nashville, came home to Canada for a while to visit my family, and I've been working on the new secret.....yes.....the new secret. Talk about TAKING IT SLOW!! I've been wanting to tell you guys for MONTHS about my new secret but because of circumstances beyond my control, I haven't been able to. Next time I post a blog though, I WILL BE REVEALING THE SECRET!! FINALLY!!!
I also want to tell you guys about a show I have coming up on September 19, in Franklin Tennessee, opening up for Deana Carter (Strawberry Wine, We Danced Anyway)! It's a fundraising concert called Concert 4 The Cure, in support of the American Cancer Society. If you're in the Nashville area, come on out! More details are on my page. It's gonna be a great time!
I've got two new songs that I just recorded too! TAKING IT SLOW is a song I co-wrote with the uber studdly Scotty Kipfer
and our pal Larry Wayne Clark. I had a huge crush on a girl a couple
of years ago, but she'd just gotten out of a serious relationship and
wasn't really ready to get into another one. So, I got together with
Scotty and Larry and wrote this song to let her know that I was totally
cool with just taking it slow...I was in no hurry. To make a long
story short, it didn't work out with her...but I did get this cool song
out of it (story of my life...haha)!! Hope you like it! The other one is called FLYING TOO CLOSE TO THE SUN...these are both acoustic versions, and you’ll only be able to get an exclusive copy of it here for FREE by emailing
