Just wanted to touch base and keep everyone in the loop on what's been happening this summer.  

We started the summer off by playing Canada day at the forks opening for the symphony.

Our first single "LOVE IS ENOUGH" has climbed as high as 75 on the Canadian Mediabase rock charts thanks to adds by several radio stations around Canada.  Also, all 3 major radio stations in Winnipeg are spinning Davinport.  Power 97 and Curve 94.3 are playing LOVE IS ENOUGH and Hot 103 is spinning Vegas.  We played with our good friends The Brandon Paris Band and Pushing Daisies at a club called Silverado's as well.

As for personal lives, everyone has just been enjoying the little warm weather that we've been getting in Winnipeg.  I don't want to speak for the other guys, but i definitely should have spent more time at the beach this summer.  I did go to Misty Lake large for a Manitoba music event.  I was partnered up in groups of 3 with some very talented Winnipeg artists where we wrote and recorded songs for 3 days straight. I was also flown up to Inuvik and Aklavik way up north(north west territories) with a group of musicians and we held workshops and training sessions for the youth.  I also helped arrange and record demo's for some really talented musicians there. 

Jeff and I celebrated our birthdays this summer on August 7th and (his) August 11th.

We are currently putting the finishing touches on a new song at my studio called I'm Alive. Can't wait for you all to hear it when it's done.  We will be posting a video of us playing this song on live television.  We'll send you guys the link when it's up on You tube.
