Crow-EEn is an online costume contest that has been held off and on over the past several years since Halloween 2000. This year we've made a huge effort to not only resurrect Crow-EEn, but to give something for Crow Fans out there to look forward to this Halloween. While it is a contest, it's not just about winning.
