Day 4- Truro
The day started out with a mild throbbing behind the eyes and an early morning radio session. Not a bad wee set, all things considered, but when the nice man sat at the desk asked me if he could play something off of the E.P. instead of me playing, I feared the worst. Luckily he wanted to play an extra song, so I wasent as bad as I thought.....
Hopefully....
ANYWAY! Managed to fit in a surf with James from the tappy on a sweet little twin fin on loan from The Aggie Surfshop. Surf-play gig-drink with new friends. Not a bad way to spend a day....
The gig in the lovely Wig and Pen was great, its such a nice little old fashioned pub. Dark, thick carpets, wood panels and a chair infront of an old wooden book case to sing on. Perfect! Thanks very much to Liam and his Mum for having me and making me feel so welcome, cant wait to come back to the new downstairs venue when its open.
Tommorow Penzance, the furthest South I've ever been in the U.K.
