I love summer. Like, really, love summer. It's not so much the sun, or the brightness. It's the HEAT, itself. And the longer days. I like being cold in the summer, because it's not an all-encompassing cold from head to toe that freezes your very brain. It's just a comfortable cold, a relief from the extreme heat.

It got in the '90s the last two days. For some reason, the hotter it gets, the more I wear black. Today? Black pants, black Skinny Puppy t-shirt, black flip flops (at least I got that). Can't explain it.

Well, I can. Really, I hate the fashion of summer. I'm 100 pounds overweight right now; not too proud about that, and really, I could wear halter tops and short shorts, but I just...can't. I'm too vain, I'm sorry, I can't. I'll be hot and get heatstroke and die before you will find me wearing summer-appropriate clothing.

And so, I find myself wishing for winter, for the season of warm scarves and bright gloves, sweater tights, boots, OH BOOTS, and well, yeah. But, I want winter with some sun and some heat, and for my winter accessories to not give me any distress or overheat me. If that makes any sense.

Just some thoughts of today.

Also, I've been thinking of having a blog with my very own domain, but I would need something to blog about. Well, I found out there's a t-shirt blog: preshrunk.org

Well, hell! So my blog does not have to be about anything important or even anything remotely interesting. Cool!



I'm at the library, and there's this couple that keeps just....kissing! A LOT! Like totally making out! Okay, I love making out with my boyfriend and all, and I'm not like a total "Oh, I'm single and you're making me feel lonely" type of person, but seriously, it's the library! Stop!
