So, I had the most amazing time ever in Kazakhstan. Their electronic music scene is just getting started, the kids are fresh, the party I played in was more or less illegal, yet it was thrown by a relative of a gov’t official...just crazy times.

This is Bajterek - one of the coolest places in Astana - it’s a Space Needle type tower thing that changes colours every 30 seconds or so. All of Kazakhstan is like one giant acid theme park.

The party in Kazakhstan was called "Darkness" and so I guess that means topless girls in black body paint = mandatory


Either that, or they wore next to nothing


The girl in the coloured hair was a stripper and she tried to get me to pay her to come home with me later at the party. I declined.
